Theory 
IPL is abbreviation of Intense Pulsed Light. The Mini IPL emits varied wavelength, broad spectrum and intense pulse light. Through the optical & thermal effect generated and sourced from the light, it achieves the purpose of removing unexpected hair by rapid destroying of hair follicle tissues permanently. And, it transforms light energy into heat energy to eradicate pigment, facial veins, freckles and sun damage. The target tissue, haemoglobin or pigment, responds to the heat then fragmented and is absorbed without damage to the surrounding tissue. The skin is left smooth and rejuvenated.
